FPD - T-Bar Diffuser Flat Plate

FPD Model (Flat Plate Diffuser) is the square ceiling air diffuser which has been specially designed to provide both the unobtrusive appearance requred for architectural excellence and the 360 degree diffusion pattern at minimum NC levels requred for high engineering performance.
หน้ากากแอร์ รุ่น FPD เป็นหัวจ่ายแอร์ชนิดติดตั้งบนเพดาน ซึ่งได้รับการออกแบบเพื่องานสถาปัตยกรรม และยังคงให้รูปแบบการกระจายอากาศ 360 องศาในระดับเสียงรบกวนที่ต่ำด้วย

Material
The housing and flat plate face are constructed from aluminum the face panel constructed from 1.5 mm. aluminum sheet. All borders a folded for the solid construction. The stamped one-piece outer cone eliminates mitred corners and the diformed curves provide consistent quality and performance.

Shape
Model "FPD" is designed for laying on T-Bar grid ceiling. Standard size of this model is 595 mm. x 595 mm.
หน้ากากแอร์ รุ่น FPD ออกแบบมาสำหรับวางบนฝ้าทีบาร์ ขนาดมาตรฐานของหน้ากากแอร์รุ่นนี้ คือ 595 mm. x 595 mm.

Air Patterns
FPD model can maintain 360 Degree radial horizontal air pattern even at low air volumes.

Good Points
This model are conposed of the removable flat plate face. By suing snap-in pin, it's easy to remove for cleaning ormaintenance.
หน้ากากแอร์รุ่นนี้ มีส่วนประกอบเป็นหน้าหัวจ่ายแผ่นเรียบที่ถอดออกได้  โดยดึงออกจากหมุดล๊อค ซึ่งทำให้ง่ายที่จะถอดออกมาทำความสะอาดและบำรุงรักษา

Installation
FPD Model are composed of the removable flat plate face. By using snap-in pin, it's easy to remove for cleaning or maintenance.
หน้ากากแอร์รุ่นนี้ มีส่วนประกอบเป็นหน้าหัวจ่ายแผ่นเรียบที่ถอดออกได้  โดยดึงออกจากหมุดล๊อค ซึ่งทำให้ง่ายที่จะถอดออกมาทำความสะอาดและบำรุงรักษา

Installation 

1. Lay-in on 60 cm x 60 cm T-Bar Grid
2. Using flexible duct connecting at the neck of the diffuser.
3. Flexible Duct Size = 12”
4. Use the round transition duct to reduce or increase duct size

1. สามารถวางแทนแผ่นฝ้าขนาด 60 ซม x  60 ซม
2. ใช้ท่อเฟล็กอ่อนสวมที่คอของหัวจ่าย
3. ขนาดของท่อเฟล็กที่ใช้คือ 12”
4. สามารถสวมท่ออื่นๆเพื่อเพิ่มหรือลดขนาดคอได้
